The managing software of reconditioning process

ReVision is a professional software which allows the management the reconditioning process of batteries. Its main feature is to collect and analise the data coming from the batteries, during the various phases:
acceptance, classification, charging and discharging cycles.

An automatic and controlled management

The ReVision software collects automatically the data about every single cell, supported by the BatMon system. These data are then processed in order to design the diagnosis actions:

  • Identification of damaged elements to eliminate
  • Change of charging profile
  • Intervention on elements with a chemical composition of electrolyte

Without the acquisistion data device of the cell, the technician can enter the data directly into the software, which checks battery suitability to be processed in basis of the age, external conditions, constructional details, electrical parameters and chemical values.

Analysing, registering and controlling

ReVision is a system for the management of the reconditioning process of batteries and it allows, at every cycle, to register the following parameters of every single elements: Voltage, Electrolyte Density, Internal Resistance and Temperature. Moreover, it registers charging and discharging data, collected by the DP1 discharger.
  • DISCHARGING: discharged capacity, charging time and final voltage
  • CHARGING: Time and capacity charged during the 1° and 2° phases and Maximum Voltage reached.

On basis of the registered data, the software points out the critical elements, that is to say that ones with parameters outside the restoration range. In basis on the elements which can be regenerated, it designs the action that can be carried out on the single elements: taking of electrolyte, LQ1 Additive addition and sulphuric acid addition.
